During any fast that requires early morning treatment, this is the best idea known to man.

Disgusting picture, one might say. What is it, another might ask.

I’ll give you a free hint: they removed one from me less than 3 weeks ago, through the beautiful process of an elegant colonoscopy.

How they remove a polyp, one would probably never ask?… by the technique of cauterization, which I’m sure isn’t the preferred method of any normal patient. Especially electrocautery, that sounds downright disturbing. Reminds me of David Helfgott, except that was premature electrocautery, known to us today as electroshock therapy.

Can’t wait to get another colonoscopy in 30 years.
